NEW BEAVERCREEK COMMUNITY NOW OPEN!
Gold Key Homes announces the grand opening of their new model home at Wagner Trace, its newest community in Beavercreek. Last April, in response to strong buyer interest, Gold Key Homes began sales for the community which proved to be at a steady pace. The first two homeowners will be moving in next month with more to follow.
“I believe that Wagner Trace generated significant interest because it is the right community with the right floorplans in the right location,” explained Gregg Hothem, VP of Homebuilding for Gold Key Homes. “With anticipated job growth due to the BRAC process, there will be a growing need for new housing in Beavercreek. Wagner Trace is a very attractive location for those looking to build a new home.”
